COVID-19

We are excited to be open and serving the Longmont community! We are continuing to follow guidelines given to us by Boulder County Public Health and the CDC. Please read the following on what to expect the day of your scheduled appointment.

*If you are not feeling well or you have knowingly been exposed to any symptoms, we ask for the safety of our staff and clients that you notify us privately and reschedule your appointment.

BOULDER COUNTY CURRENT MASK MANDATE:

Boulder County has transitioned to being a mask friendly county. This means that guests at Inspire can choose whether they prefer to wear a mask during their services or not, as per their individual level of comfortability.

Let’s do our part, together:

  • We are continuing to promote respectful distancing within the salon whenever possible.

  • We are now offering water and wine services. Please ask your service provider when you arrive.

  • We will maintain our elevated sanitation practices after every guest, including all stations, tools, and products.

  • All staff will be washing and sanitizing hands thoroughly throughout the day, and wearing gloves when needed.

GRATUITY

Gratuities are always appreciated. When tipping your service provider, please do so directly via cash or check. We are unable to process tip via credit card and apologize for any inconvenience. Ask your service provider for alternative gratuity options.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We kindly ask a cancellation notice be given 24 hour in advance of your scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is not given within the 24 hours, there will be a 50% charge of the services that would have been received. We greatly appreciate your advanced cancellation notice.

 

REFUNDS / RETURNS

Gift certificates and makeup purchases are non-refundable. All other retail purchases can be exchanged or given store credit. Refunds are given in the form of store credit only.

 

RESPECTING THE SPACE

At INSPIRE hair & skin, we welcome children in our salon; we also want to promote relaxation for all of our guests. Please assist us in providing a calm and peaceful environment for everyone by ensuring that children are respecting their surroundings and noise level.

We also welcome guests to use devices during appointments, but please keep the noise level to a minimum or use headphones for entertainment, social, or work purposes.
